The draft includes several provisions for these employees, including the one lakh rupees incentive for the daughters of Class IV employees who qualify for medical, education, MTech, IIT, IIM, PhD, and the UPSC main examination.
Moreover, there is a provision to offer one lakh rupees as an incentive for their children if they gain admission to a foreign university. To support this, the government will establish a welfare fund. This benefit will be available to only one daughter per family.
The government plans to implement a separate reservation for the daughters of outsourced employees seeking admission in MBBS, BDS, and BSc Nursing courses across various departments. This matter is under serious consideration. Currently, only OBC, SC, ST, and economically disadvantaged individuals receive reservations. Therefore, the government is contemplating whether these children will be included under the existing reservation categories or if new provisions will be established.
